One of Amit’s proudest achievements is the establishment of a University in a less advantaged region of Northern India, dedicated to the memory of his father. Today, that institution opens doors for thousands of students, providing access to accredited degrees and opportunities that might otherwise have been out of reach.

Mohit is the consummate professional with over 25 years' experience. He has been instrumental in some of the country's largest IT strategies. Has seen the very good and the very bad. ​

Prior to this Mohit headed up the largest business unit of Capgemini Australia & NZ with full operational control and responsibility for the Financial Services Business. ​

With over 14 years of experience, Subhro brings strong expertise in software engineering, application design, and enterprise solution development. His background spans application performance optimization, database design, and API development across Microsoft and other leading technologies.

Subhro has a proven track record of delivering highly customized solutions and products, guiding projects through the complete software development lifecycle — from design and build to operational implementation.

With both technical depth and functional insight, he excels at translating complex business needs into intuitive, user-friendly solutions that create real business impact.

Sanjeev is head of India business for Government, BFSI, healthcare. He is a strong advocate of servant leadership.

Sanjeev has 30+ years of IT experience, mostly for Oracle and Tata. He has also advised and served on the board of several start-up companies, such as Kockpit Analytics, helping them scale and develop industry solutions.

He holds a Master of Business from MD University in Rohtak, India; a Bachelor’s (B. Tech, Electronics) from the National Institute of Technology in Kurukshetra, and is a certified corporate director from the Institute of Directors.

He had been instrumental in several key projects in BFSI (like PFMS / DBT scheme of GOI), lending solution for NBFC / MFIs, Core banking Finacle projects for Punjab National Bank and other banks in the cooperative segment, Siebel CRM for Iffco Tokio and other life and non-life insurers, data analytics and dashboard insights for MSME, and IT services for sales force.

He is a firm believer in giving back to the society. He is associated with several community welfare projects while working as Secretary, Rotary Club of Delhi Govinda.

In his spare time, Sanjeev is a foodie, hiker, and researcher of historical city maps. His favorite quote is "The world is one family."

Nitin Anand is Professionally qualified C.F.A & LL.B focused in Business Analysis & Planning with over 20 years of experience and demonstrated history of working across different sectors in Management, Business Relationship Management, Business Planning and Business Development. Mr. Anand has the unmatched ability to identify, nurture and grow businesses. He not only provides mentorship to the team in building successful businesses but also proactively guides and supports the team in critical areas of business. He believes in empowering the youth of the country and in the power of digital technologies to transform nascent business models. Across his entrepreneurial journey, Mr. Anand has pursued a vision of building businesses that create a lasting positive impact across the stakeholder ecosystem.

With over 15 years of experience in business development and sales within government sectors, Subhajit serves as Vice President – Sales at iSOFT. His career includes leadership roles at organizations such as Previstar, UMS, and Everbridge, where he specialized in delivering disaster management software solutions to state governments across India.

Recognized for his strategic acumen, Subhajit has built trusted relationships and driven substantial growth in highly regulated markets. His leadership is defined by a deep understanding of client needs, a focus on excellence, and a proven ability to expand market presence through meaningful partnerships.

Ravi Ranjan is a result-driven software professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining web-based enterprise applications using Microsoft and modern web technologies.

He is proficient in ASP.NET (Web Forms, MVC, and .NET Core), C#, SQL Server (2008–2022), WCF, Web API, Entity Framework & EF Core, and the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Web Resources, PCF, etc.). Ravi has demonstrated expertise in developing secure, high-performance, and maintainable applications across multiple domains.

With a proven ability to work in agile environments, he leads technical teams and drives digital transformation initiatives through innovation and best practices. His approach emphasizes performance, scalability, and clean architecture. Ravi believes in empowering each team member to deliver their best work, providing guidance while upholding integrity, honesty, and decisiveness in every professional interaction.

Geetanjali is a highly motivated and results-driven Product Owner (certified SAFe PO/PM) with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality products.​

She has 16 years of software industry experience and have worn many hats in the software field, she started her career as a developer, lead a Testing Team, been a Business Analyst and now a Product Owner.​

She is skilled in developing and implementing effective strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and prioritizing product features.​

Her expertise is to collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.​

Accumulated 15+ years of experience as a seasoned professional, having led and delivered complex projects with a focus on a wide array of Microsoft Technologies.​
